Your opportunity to not only be a reporter but to be a reporter with a brand new Flipcam webcam!</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Here's How (Rules):</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>What do you have to do?</B></div> <div> <B>Write two paragraphs on why you believe you would be a good roving reporter for Congress 2010 and provide 2 example reports you would do per day at Congress to upload to Youtube.com.  Our expectations are to have two reports per youth loaded up to youtube.com during the day for a national and international audience.  Must be present at Congress 2010 to participate.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Where is this at?
